River rafting

Over the years, Nepal has become one of the best destinations in the world for white water rafting. From the snow covered peaks, rivers crash down through the foot hills on the way to the great plain of Gange.
All the major rivers of Nepal are used for rafting such as Kali Gandaki, Trisuli, Karnali for 1 to 10 days with a wide range of difficulties according to the season.
Shorts rivers take between 1 and 4 days and do not involve any trekking. Some of these trips like Trisuli or Seti are ideally suited to first time rafters and families.
Some other exciting rapids will be encountered and will attract the most experienced rafters and kayakers with their world class rapids.
The longer trips take you into some of Nepal’s most remote areas and will begin with short treks to the river. Many of these trips finish close to National park like Bardia or Chitwan so you can also combine your rafting trip with a safari adventure.
