All our staff are insured with fair conditions in term of wage and equipment, especially our aim is for every porter to have :
- access to adequate clothing, boots, shelters and food appropriate to the altitude and weather.
- medical care when ill or injured
- insurance
- no porter will be asked to carry a load that is too heavy for his physical abilities ( between 25 and 30 kg ).

We promote sustainable mountain tourism by : Removing all our rubbish from mountains, using gas or kerosene for cooking and discourage the burning of wood as deforestation is a major problem in Nepal.
